The free review gives you a quick read on what we notice. Snapshot and Deep Dive go further — a full breakdown of triggers, body language, and a personalized next-step training plan. Training Rewind ($75) covers whatever specific behavior you're working on, plus a live 20-minute Google Meet with Chris to walk through it together.
